Young Aicha Diallo and her lecturer, Moutari Wara, team up to challenge the existing status quo, much to the disappointment of the city’s elders and leaders. Moutari secures the nomination to run in the elections, while the talented Aicha is appointed as the campaign director. The question remains: will they emerge victorious?
